Return&Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange a product I purchased online?

We provide 100% refund policy.

Unused, regularly stocked items – with the exception of the items in the “Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items”- may be returned by contacting our customer care team within 30 days of the delivery date. A representative will create a return authorization and give you further instructions for completing the procedure.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice in your return process. 

Please allow up to four weeks to have your refund processed;  then your bank or credit card company could take up to 5 business days to have the payment processed. All refunds will be issued in the form of the payment method used to make your purchase.
